Ancillary Meetings at ICCN

Meeting space at the Convention Center is available during the ICCN for a variety of functions, such as company meetings, workshops, meals, and or receptions. Restrictions apply.

Ancillary Meeting Space Policies

Submit one application per function. You will receive an email confirmation for each space request.

  • There is no charge for Convention Center meeting space granted to the organization.
  • Upon approval, you will receive email confirmation with your Convention Center room assignment and meeting contact information. All coordination, including food & beverage and AV equipment, should be arranged directly with the Convention Center contacts to be provided. The applicant is responsible for any fees or charges assessed by Convention Center.
  • Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after all ICCN functions have been placed, and after Sponsor and then Exhibitor requests have been answered.
  • IFCN has the right to change space assignments at any time due to unforeseen schedule alterations.
  • IFCN reserves the right to deny any ancillary meeting request from any organization whose goals or actions are deemed counterproductive to those of the IFCN.
  • Please notify the IFCN Secretariat of any cancellations or changes to your meeting up until the time of your event.
  • No hospitality functions or ancillary meetings may be scheduled during these specific days and time periods:

Friday, 11 Sept. 8am–12pm and 1:30pm–6pm Symposia, Award Lectures, Gala
Saturday, 12 Sept. 8am–12:45pm and 2:15pm–3:45pm Symposia

Ancillary meetings or events may not take place in conflict with ICCN educational and scientific sessions, as designated by IFCN. Please consult the list of blackout times above before making your request for meeting space.
