Lost and Found

Please feel free to stop by the Registration Desk if you have lost or found an item during the meeting.

Personal Safety and Security

IFCN and ACME work diligently to provide a safe and secure environment at its meetings and events by working with venue staff to make sure meeting participants are safe. We ask that all attendees report any questionable or concerning activity to IFCN/Contactica staff so that they can take immediate action. No concern is too small, if you see something, say something.

  • Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
  • Use the buddy system when walking to and from the event venue, networking event locations during early or late hours.
  • Don’t wear your meeting badge on the street. Take it off as soon as you leave the building/venue.
  • Don’t carry a lot of cash or credit cards. Leave these items in your hotel room safe.
  • Don’t leave personal property unattended anywhere, anytime.

If it is an emergency or if you need immediate assistance, you should ask any IFCN/Contactica staff member or the on-site security personnel to help you.

Photography Policy

ICCN meeting attendees are asked to adhere to the photography policy while participating in sessions and while in the Exhibit Hall. As a courtesy to our speakers, poster presenters, and exhibitors, the ACME and IFCN ask that participants strictly refrain from electronic capture of all presented material unless given permission from the presenter. Any person who does not comply with the policy may be asked to leave the event.

ICCN staff will be taking photographs and video throughout ICCN 2026. We will use these photos in publications and to produce related literature and products for public release as well as post on IFCN’s social media platforms. Individuals photographed will not receive compensation for the use and release of these photos and will be deemed to have consented to the use and release of photos in which they appear.

If you do not want to be photographed, please select the “opt out” choice in your Congress registration. If you opt out, please forward a current image to info@ifcn.info so that we may identify you in the photographs taken by the IFCN professional photographer and omit them from use. Thank you for your cooperation.

ACME and IFCN do not allow personal video recording of presentations of any kind. ACME and IFCN hold the right to confiscate any and all recordings taken of any of the presentations
