Congress Registration Inclusions:
The Congress registration fee includes access to Symposium sessions from September 10 to September 12, 2026. It also covers the Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony, Award Lectures, lunch and poster sessions from Thursday to Saturday, coffee breaks, and the Awards and Closing Ceremony. Prices are listed in USD.  

Pre‑Congress course registration (September 8 and/or 9) and Gala Dinner tickets are sold separately and are not included in the Congress registration fee.

Registration Options:
   Delegate: 
A general attendee, including members or non‑members, trainees or early‑career participants, and industry or academic professionals attending the program.
   LMIC = Low Middle Income Country - Please refer to the GDP Country List to determine if you are a low-middle income country. 
   Student: Graduate, Doctoral and Post doctoral students; medical residents. This rate does not apply to medical fellows. Please show your student identification at registration.
   Technician: Individuals working as a technician in any related field. Please show your employee badge, business card or other proof at registration.

Pre-Congress Sessions:
Tuesday and Wednesday are pre-congress sessions which will cover fundamental education and recent scientific advancements in central and peripheral clinical neurophysiology and include workshops and teaching courses. See Program Schedule for course listing. Pre‑Congress course registration is sold separately and are not included in the Congress registration fee.

Gala Dinner:
Join us for the Gala Dinner on September 11 for an evening designed to celebrate our community while enjoying exceptional food, conversation, and connection. Gala Dinner tickets are sold separately and are not included in the Congress Registration Fee.

The ICCN 2026 Gala Dinner will take place at Club de Pesca, 1.4 km from the Cartagena Convention Center at the Club de Pesca y Vela Marina. Positioned on the waterfront across from Getsemaní, the venue offers panoramic views of the city and easy access to Bocagrande. Tickets are required.

The III ELATAM Symposium 2026, to be held within ICCN 2026 in Cartagena, Colombia, is a focused scientific and educational program dedicated to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and motor neuron diseases in Latin America. The symposium is intended for neurologists, clinical neurophysiologists, trainees, and allied healthcare professionals involved in ALS care and research. Congress and Education Course Registration Refund Policy

If you need to request a refund for the Congress and Education Courses, registered attendees are required to submit a request in writing by August 8, 2026.

  • $75 processing fee before July 8, 2026
  • 50% refund if canceled July 9, 2026 - August 8, 2026
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 9, 2026, except in cases of health or family emergencies. For such extreme exceptions, a written request via email is required for consideration within 15 days post-conference.

Please Note: ICCN registrants are asked to grant IFCN permission during registration to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Congress.
