Google Drive Link

Thank you for preparing your presentation for the upcoming Congress. To ensure a smooth experience for you and our onsite AV team, please upload your slides using the Google Drive link provided by August 31. You are welcome to refresh your slides up until the day before you present.

Upload Speaker Slides

Below are the steps to complete your upload:
1. Open the Google Drive link included above and in your speaker information email.
Select the day of your presentation
2. Click the "New" button on the top left.

3. Select "File upload"
4. Choose your presentation file (PPTX preferred; PDF accepted).
5. Rename the file by Session Number, your last name and a key word of your presentation.
     i.e. 205.3 Gutierrez IONM
     > If your presentation includes embedded videos or other media, please upload those files separately. This ensures they play correctly during your session. The technician will reintegrate embedded videos or media files into your slide deck, as long as we receive your final version of the slides by the day before your presentation. Internet access is not available to speakers to be able stream or access online videos or files during their talk. Please be sure to upload any videos or media files in advance so they can be played locally.
to save these files, rename the file to:
i.e. 205.3 Gutierrez IONM embedded file
6. Once the upload is complete, confirm that your file appears in the folder.
7. When you arrive onsite in Cartagena, visit the Speaker Ready Room to review the formatting of your slides and ensure embedded files were accurately attached.
8. Technicians are not able to accept flash drives or personal computers in the Symposia rooms. Speaker slides must be received in advance—either brought to the Speaker Ready Room or uploaded to the Google Drive, no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before your presentation.

If you need to submit an updated version later, simply upload the new file using the same link and save with the same file name.

File Requirements:

  • File format: PPTX preferred; PDF accepted.
  • File name: Please use the format "Session#_LastName_Title".
  • Deadline: Upload at least 48 hours before your session.

Speaker Powerpoint Template
Slide presentations should be in widescreen (16:9) presentation format. For your benefit, the IFCN has created a template, which is prepared in widescreen format, for use by course and session speakers. When using this template, each new slide will be in a predetermined format/style that maximizes readability and usefulness during presentations. Use of the template is recommended; not required. Please see the Speaker Handbook for more information.
